1. We receive, track, inventory your raw, WIP and finished goods whether they be hand crafted pottery, secondary martket footwear, custom electronic kits and everything in between.
2. Use our warehouse management system to integrate your product availability in to your ecommerce or marketplace platforms and see where your products are at all times.
3. As orders come in, we pack and include custom notes and marketing materials to help make your brand shine. We can ship by mail, courrier and LTL to all countries.
4. If product is returned, we inventory, photograph and document condition against your specification and return rules.
5. Once graded, we can clean and restore product to like new condition, including performing any needed repairs or replacing missing components.
6. For non-resellable product, we can manage the liquidation or disposal process, including certificates of destruction and additional disposal requirements.
